"When did Derevi, Empyrial Tactician become banned? I can't find announcements before 2015."

Our answer:

When recreating this website, a lot of content was created, reorganized, assembled. The Committee hasn't been always organized the same way, nor has it communicated with players the same way through the ages, and has been made of a lot of different people. Announcements prior to 2015 are harder to track, up to a point some changes never had neither a matching announcement nor detailed explanations. We have internal documents tracking all B&R changes, as far as archeology allows it!

Note: for the record, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician was legal for the first time on 01/11/2013 and was banned as a commander on 27/01/2014.
